Return Policy

PrepaidWireless.Store by Connex Express will gladly assist with your return.

Connex Express is a retailer and not liable for service issues from the carriers, if you encounter any service issues, please work directly with the carriers.

Connex Express only allows a maximum of 5 SIM cards purchase per order per end consumer. Your order will be canceled if you purchase more than 5 SIM cards with any order.

Please make sure that you provide the complete shipping address and phone number where we can reach out to you to confirm the order. Any information missing would result in the cancellation of the order. Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline www.prepaidwireless.store ships all items within two days of receiving the order, you will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

PRODUCT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Return must be within 14 days with receipt to be eligible for a return, accessories must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, it must also be in the original packaging; opened or used unlocked wireless phones may only be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value when returned with a receipt, device must be in its original packaging, with all contents undamaged and in good working condition, with no material alterations to the device’s hardware or software. All returns must be made for reasons outside of warranty issues. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Certain promotional offers may require you to return all items you received with your device and could cause you to become ineligible for any promotional discounts.

Refunds will be less any rebates received and shipping costs.

There are no returns, refunds, or credits for prepaid service fees, monthly service, application download, add-ons, and other fees.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

UNDELIVERED/LOST IN TRANSIT PACKAGES
PrepaidWireless.Store will reship all orders free of cost to customers if the order is undelivered/Lost in transit due to the shipping carrier's failure. A shipping address verification will be required to be completed by the customer to reship another package to the customer.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach may vary.

RETURNED PAYMENTS
If your payment is dishonored or returned, we may charge you a returned payment fee at the highest amount permissible by law, and we may also generate a draft or electronically debit your account for any fee amount due, all as allowed by law.
